  Well we used to like this place but the service gets worse each time we go lately.
  
  The manager is too busy flirting with his help to see that customers are trying to get his attention. We finally got silverware, napkins , and plates after the bread sat on the table for allost a full 10 min but we had to beg for it. And once you did finally get your meal, they were hitting you up for boxes and desert before you even got half way through. I wint mention that they never checked to see how your food was (and the kids pasta was stuck together and not cooked. It was kiterally crunch and dry in the middle). And forget getting drink refills or another glass of wine cause you cant get anyones attention. Then when you do order desert for the kids, it takes 20 min to get gelato and the kids are falling asleep at the table waiting while the servers all stand around in the middle chatting.
  
  Supposedly the manager was going to chat with us about the food quality when did finally get to discuss the pasta issue. As was the case the entire night. He was still too busy flirting to bother with customers.
  
  So much for a decent go to when you don’t have time to cook.

  Loved our experience, Friday Oct 21st, our server McKenzie, thoroughly explained all the sauces, and the entrees and was so attentive. We came from out of town so was nice to be treated so well. Meal was delicious! Hats off to the team!
