I've currently been in the drive-through for 20 minutes, since 8:13 AM and I am still in the drive-through At 8:33 AM. Back when I worked at McDonald's, if you didn't have a customer there food in 90 seconds it was free… not to mention the last three people in front of me Have had to give their food back because it was wrong… What the hell is that? They lack serious customer service and they clearly lack communication skills if it's taking this long in the drive-through. Maybe if you go inside it's better? I'm not sure, I was trying to do this in a hurry that's why came through the drive-through…August 06, 2016
