  Great food and wonderful staff. Last Saturday we stumbled on this gem and the manager could see it was our first time, so he came over to our table and introduced himself. We came back today and we will continue to for years.

  I gave 3 stars because the food was good. But I would give negative stars for cleanliness. . This location is filthy. Trash shoved in between the seats shades with food smeared on them, the floor has not been cleaned in a while, I can tell because my feet are sticking to them. The bathroom was dirty as well.

  I love the fact that I can go play piano & sing at 3 churches then come to The Corner Bakery and still get an AWESOME breakfast at 1:30 in the afternoon! Jesus the GM in Redlands is one of the nicest people I've met. What a wonderful personality! Staff is friendly & more than willing to help you chose something if you're torn between all the different items on the menu. Even when the restaurant is busy your food is still bound to come out to you fairly quickly. Indoor & outdoor seating is nice. Thank you Jesus for the pancakes! They we're AWESOME!
